The straightforward terms of using RewireBox — what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you.

Your trial and billing
Start with a 30-day free trial — no card required. After that, you pick a plan and are billed monthly, and you can cancel anytime. We’ll always show what you owe before you’re charged. The only things billed on top of your plan are card processing and the texts and emails you send, both passed through at cost — see Payments and messaging below.
Cancel anytime
No contracts and no lock-in. Cancel whenever you like; your plan runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for. When you go, you can export all of your data and take it with you.
Using the product fairly
Use RewireBox to run your salon, and keep your account secure. Don’t use it to break the law, harm others, or abuse the messaging tools. You’re responsible for the content and messages you send through it.
Payments and messaging
Card payments are processed by Stripe under their terms, at Stripe’s standard rates — we add a 0% platform fee on every plan, so nothing goes on top. Texts and emails are billed at true carrier cost with no markup. You’ll always see the exact rate in the app before you take a payment.
Our commitments and limits
We work hard to keep RewireBox available, secure, and improving. As with any software, we provide it “as is” and our liability is limited — the finalized terms will set out the specifics in the usual legal language.
