How we handle your data and your clients’ data — and the control you keep over it.

What we collect
We collect what’s needed to run your salon: your account and business details, the client and appointment data you enter or import, and basic usage information that helps us keep the product fast and reliable.
We don’t collect more than we need, and we don’t build shadow profiles of your clients for anyone else’s benefit.
How we use it
To provide the product, process payments (through Stripe), send the messages you ask us to send, keep things secure, and support you. That’s it. We use trusted providers (like our hosting, payments, and messaging partners) only to deliver these services.
We never sell your data
Your data — and your clients’ data — is yours. We never sell it, rent it, or place it in a marketplace. You can export it in full, anytime, and delete it when you leave.
Text messages
If you enter your mobile number when creating an account and tap “Send code”, we text you a one-time verification code. That is the only text message RewireBox itself sends you. Message frequency depends on your sign-in activity, and standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
We never share or sell mobile numbers, or consent to be texted, to anyone — for marketing or for any other purpose. Your number is used to verify your account and nothing else.
Messages you send to your own clients through RewireBox — such as appointment reminders — are sent on your behalf from your salon’s own messaging number. You choose when those go out, and the consent to send them is one you hold with your clients.
Your choices
You control your data inside the product: view it, export it, correct it, and delete it. For cookies, you choose what’s on via the banner on this site. To make a privacy request, email us and we’ll take care of it.
Where this applies
RewireBox serves salons in the United States and Canada, and we handle data in line with the privacy laws that apply there. The finalized policy will spell out the specifics.
