Your salon’s data is isolated
Every salon’s data is walled off from every other salon at the database level, enforced on every single query — not just in app code. One salon can never see another’s clients, appointments, or numbers.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
All traffic runs over HTTPS/TLS, and your data is encrypted at rest in our database. Nothing sensitive travels or sits in the clear.
Card data never touches our servers
Payments run through Stripe. Card numbers go straight to Stripe’s vault and never hit our systems — which keeps us in the simplest PCI scope (SAQ-A) and keeps your clients’ cards safest.
Your data is yours
You own your data. Export it anytime, in full. We never sell it, never rent it, and never put it in a marketplace. If you ever leave, you take everything with you.
Access, roles, and backups
Staff see only what their role allows, and the actions that move money leave a trail — voids, refunds, price changes, a sale moved to another client or another date, and edits to what a visit contained, each recorded with who did it and when. Your data is backed up automatically every day.
Where your data lives, and where we stand
Your data is hosted in the United States on managed infrastructure. We are not SOC 2 certified today — we are working toward it and will publish the report here when we have it. Ask us for our security questionnaire in the meantime.
